preheat the oven on 180 degree for 10 minutes
sieve apf baking powder and baking soda three times
mix condensed milk sugar butter and oil to a light and fluffy peak
add essence and apple cider in milk and rest it for five minutes
now add this to butter mixture
add the sieved apf in two batches and mix it with cut and fold method
pour half batter in preapred tin and now place the 8 rasmalai in it and tgen pour the remaining batter
tap the tin and then bake it on 180 degree for 30-35 minutes
check ths cake after 30 minutes with a toothpick
if it comes out clean your cake is done
let it cool for five minutes in tin and then demould it and keep it to cool down completely before doing incing
for icing
cut the cake from middle and level it up from top
soak each layer with flavoured milk
now whip the cream till snif peak
apply the cream in each layer and cover the cake properly
if you like you can fill rasmalai in each layer also
when the cake is covered with whip cream you can decorate it according to your choice
